Todd J. Fettig, O.D.
Dr. Fettig received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1987 and his graduate degree from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1989. He has been in private optometric practice in Marion since 1989.
Dr. Fettig is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Indiana Optometric Association and Wabash Valley Optometric Society. In 1994, the Indiana Optometric Association honored Dr. Fettig by bestowing upon him the Young Optometrist of the Year Award. Dr. Fettig was President of the Indiana Optometric Association 2005-2006. Dr. Fettig currently serves as the Insurance Carrier Advisory Committee Chairman for the Indiana Optometric Association.
Dr. Fettig's practice consists of primary optometric care and low vision care for the visually impaired. He provides eye care for all age groups and provides routine eye care for glasses and contact lenses.
Dr. Fettig is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Marion and St. Paul's Church of Marion. He and his wife, Tonya have three children.

Jennifer R. Bailey, O.D.

Dr. Bailey graduated from Ball State University in 1991 and Indiana University School of Optometry in 1995. She has been in private practice in New Castle since 1996.
Dr. Bailey is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Indiana Optometric Association, and the White Water Valley Optometric Society. She was awarded the Young optometrist of the year award by the Indiana Optometric Association in 2004. Dr. Bailey is the current President of the Indiana Optometric Association and is the Indiana co-chair of Special Olympics Opening Eyes.
Dr. Bailey enjoys caring for the visual needs of the entire family. She sees patients from birth to 100+. She loves seeing a child experience clear vision for the first time! Dr. Bailey provides routine eye care for glasses and contact lenses as well as disease diagnosis and treatment.
Dr Bailey and her husband, Michael have two children. She is a member of Mt Zion Wesleyan Church. In her free time, she enjoys music, reading, and gardening.

Christopher M. Kerby, O.D.
Dr. Kerby received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Southern Indiana in 2005 and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2010.
Upon graduation from IU, Dr. Kerby joined Preferred Eye Care, LLC and practices in group’s Kokomo location. Dr. Kerby is a member of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association and Wabash Valley Optometric Society.
Dr. Kerby provides primary and medical optometric eye care to all ages, as well as, prescribing eyeglasses and a variety of contact lenses. Dr. Kerby provides vision screenings to youngsters in the area’s local schools.
Originally from French Lick, Indiana, Dr. Kerby is an avid IU, Colts, and New York Yankees fan. He enjoys golfing and is an active member of the Kokomo Country Club. He also enjoys camping, and spending time with his wife Heather and 6 year old Australian cattledog , Peanut. Dr. and Mrs. Kerby reside in Kokomo.

R. Michael Fewell, O.D.
Dr. Fewell has lived the majority of his life in Kokomo, Indiana. He graduated from Northwestern High School in Howard County and received his degree in Optometry from Indiana University in Bloomington. Dr. Fewell also served in the US Army stationed at Ft. Devens, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Preferred Eye Care, LLC, Dr. Fewell owned and operated a private optometric practice in Kokomo for over 30 years.
Dr. Fewell is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Indiana Optometric Association and Wabash Valley Optometric Society. In his practice, Dr. Fewell provides family eye care including diagnosing and treating all aspects of ocular disorders. He prescribes eye glasses, contact lenses and ocular medications.
In his spare time, Dr. Fewell enjoys golf, reading and gardening. He and his wife, Monica, live in Kokomo.
